Construction at PWSB Fredonia: What You Need to Know

Construction at Fredonia's PWSB is well under way. Here are some FAQs to help make the process of banking during construction easier.

What services are unavailable at this time?

  • Our ATM and night drop are temporarily unavailable until further notice. We encourage you to utilize our ATM and night drops at the Belgium and Saukville locations. An ATM is also located inside the Mobil gas station adjacent to the bank.
  • Our drive-thru is currently unavailable, but we'd be happy to help you from our temporary lobby located in the Fredonia branch parking lot, or at another branch location.
  • Due to space limitations in our temporary lobby, coin services will not be available at the Fredonia branch.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE TEMPORARY LOBBY DURING CONSTRUCTION?

  • A temporary building is located in the parking lot on the Northern most spaces along Regal Drive. While we work to upgrade our facilities, this trailer will serve as our lobby. You can park on the south end of the lot and use the ADA ramp to enter the temporary lobby during normal banking hours.
  • Space is limited inside the temporary lobby, so if you wish to visit with a banker, we recommend making an appointment with us. To make an appointment simply call our branch at 262-692-2444 or use our contact us form.

HOW DO I ACCESS my safe deposit box?

If you need to access your Safe Deposit Box during the construction period, you can do so by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time. Personal protection equipment (helmet, safety glasses, etc.) will be provided for you to wear if the construction crew feels it is needed to keep you safe. The most ideal time to access your safe deposit box is in the afternoon after construction shifts have concluded.
