If you're having trouble logging into your account, here are some quick steps to help resolve the issue:

Login Issues

Password Expired?

Passwords must be updated every 12 months. If it’s been over a year, try resetting your password.

Correct User name?

User names are case-sensitive. Double-check capitalization and spelling.

Forgot Password Not Working?

Make sure your user name is entered exactly as it was created. Even a small difference can prevent the reset email from sending. Also make sure your primary email hasn’t changed.  Perhaps the password reset email is going to the wrong place.

Personal vs. Business Login?

Use the dropdown above the user name field to select the correct login type. Business and Personal banking are separate systems.

Web Browser Tips

Try a Different Browser

If one browser isn’t working, try another (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari). Updates may affect compatibility.

Clear Cache & Cookies

Old data can block login. Clear your browser history for the past 24 hours, then close and reopen the browser.

Using a Password Manager?

Extra spaces may be added when auto-filling. Backspace before entering your password to ensure accuracy.

Password Length

Passwords must be 12–17 characters. Longer passwords may be cut off and cause login errors.

Mobile App Tips

App & Phone Updates

Make sure both your device and the PWSB app are up to date.

Log Out Properly

Always use the logout button in the app. Swiping to close may cause login issues.

Correct App Version

We have separate apps for Personal and Business banking. Make sure you’re using the right one.

Face ID/Biometric Login Not Working?

If your password is expired, biometric login won’t work. Reset your password via a browser, then log in to the app again to re-enable biometric login.

Business Token Users

If you use a token (DIGIPASS or physical FOB), and need to reset your PIN, please contact us for assistance.
