In her new position, Woldt will oversee retail banking, compliance, and marketing, collaborating closely with James Schowalter, President, and other members of the executive leadership group.

Woldt’s extensive career includes leadership roles at both regional and national financial institutions. During her most recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Bank First, headquartered in Manitowoc, Wis., she led retail and commercial banking and treasury management growth strategies and collaborated on risk management and credit initiatives.

“Joan possesses a valuable combination of expertise and leadership skills,” said Steve Schowalter, Chairman and CEO of PWSB. “She has been a longtime banker and community champion, and we are excited to welcome her to our growing team.”

Woldt holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in finance and communications from UW-Green Bay and has completed advanced training through WBA Commercial Banking School, Kellogg-Northwestern University, and the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
