So much food. We don't go hungry here. Just trust us on this one.
We logged over 1,500 volunteer hours in 2023. We all feel it's our duty to make the communities we serve a great place to live, too. From events like food trucks, parades and walk/runs, to holiday events, family festivals and golf outings, a PWSB representative is there.
Sure, we've got all the health, life, dental, disability insurance stuff handled for workers above 30 hours per week. Buuuuut, we also have personal and volunteer time off and 11 bank holidays each year.
More than 30% of employees have been promoted at least once in their career. And outside of banking-related departments, don't forget we have areas like accounting, HR, marketing and IT, too. And you should check out our job shadow program.
Somehow we always have a reason to celebrate. We have fun parties, we celebrate birthdays, we hold contests to show our creative sides. So whoever told you banking was boring, they might want to talk to one of us first.
We donated close to $280,000 to more than 150 organizations in 2023. For a bank our size, it's a pretty great thing. And unlike other banks, we work hard to support organizations consistently year to year.
When you work at a bank, you pick up common sense tips on investing, saving, and staying safe in the digital world. That kind of information is priceless.
Never utter the words, “Wish I had gotten to the bank today!”
We have TONS of online, in-person and on-the-job training to help you become an awesome banker and gain real-world experience that can transfer to other careers down the road. Cha-ching!
We've been named a Journal Sentinel Top Workplace 14 years in a row. So if you were wondering where to work, work here!
We're an Equal Opportunity Employer. We encourage minorities, women, protected veterans and individuals with disabilities to apply.
