Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking Branch Manager for our newly renovated branch in Fredonia. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and directing bank office functions, focusing on exceptional customer service and the growth of deposits and loans. This role plays an essential part in sustaining PWSB’s values, ethics, and culture through leadership, coaching, and collaboration with both our internal team and the external community. Community involvement is a cornerstone of this position, with the Branch Manager actively representing PWSB in local organizations, events, and volunteer opportunities to build relationships that strengthen both the bank and the communities we serve. Key Functions

Closing Specialist - Port Washington
We’re looking for a full-time Closing Specialist to join our Retail Processing team. This role supports our consumer and real estate lending areas by preparing loan files, gathering required documents, and ensuring accurate, timely closings. As experience grows, there may be opportunities to assist with additional closing responsibilities and expanded loan types.
Key Functions
- Prepare and review closing documents for consumer and real estate loans
- Generate required paperwork, checks, and payoffs for loan closings
- Input data from closing statements, title work, and payoffs into loan software
- Verify loan terms, complete necessary disclosures, and assemble closing packets
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and internal teams to meet closing timelines
- Gather and verify documentation based on underwriting and regulatory requirements
- Assist with post-closing tasks including sending payoffs, processing wires, and forwarding files to servicing
- Complete loan imaging and maintain accurate digital records
- Review final title documents for accuracy and proper recording
- Support the team by assisting with additional loan closing tasks as needed
