Public Relations Specialist - Port Washington

We’re a community bank in Ozaukee County on the hunt for a full-time Public Relations Specialist who’s part strategist, part hype-person, and full-on community cheerleader. You’ll be based in our branches most of the time (we’re big on collaboration and in-person energy), but you’ll have some flexibility to work from home about 10–20% of the time. What You Bring to the Table:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field—or equivalent experience that proves you’ve got the chops

2+ years managing social channels (specifically Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and analytics and monitoring and video editing tools

2+ years of experience in community relations, PR, or community engagement

Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling across platforms

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc)

Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Competency in MS Word and Excel

Deposit Operations Assistant - Grafton 

We are seeking a Deposit Operations Assistant with prior banking experience to support the daily operations of our bank. This position provides direct assistance to the Deposit Operations Officer, retail staff, and customer service teams. You will handle responsibilities that require accuracy, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of banking processes and customer service, ensuring we deliver the highest level of integrity and professionalism. In addition to operational duties, you will promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.

We will contact you to discuss the position and your situation in more detail.

Step 3: In-Person Interview

If you’re selected for an in-person interview, it may be with an individual or a group. Interviews typically include the hiring manager, another manager and Human Resources. For some positions, you may come back more than once to interview with different team members or business partners. Typically, our interviewing selection process spans three to four weeks but could take longer, depending upon the type of position, how many interviews are warranted and how many candidates we have. Step 5: If You are Hired
