Dana Mason, vice president and Port Washington branch manager

Dana began with PWSB in 2016 and was promoted to Port Washington branch manager in 2023. She has demonstrated strong leadership by fostering a collaborative, solutions oriented environment and encouraging the professional growth of her team. Dana has played an integral role in improving operational efficiency, strengthening communication across teams, and engaging in the community. Her promotion recognizes her contributions, commitment and positive influence throughout the bank.

Zach Deming, vice president of business banking

Zach joined the commercial lending team in 2022 and brings more than a decade of experience with PWSB, having served in retail, mortgage and business banking roles. His deep institutional knowledge, ability to build trusted client relationships and consistent performance have established him as a valued resource for both customers and colleagues. Zach’s promotion acknowledges his continued growth as a commercial lender and his long standing dedication.

Aaron Robar, vice president of business banking

Aaron joined PWSB as a credit analyst in 2022 before transitioning to the commercial lending team in 2023. He has quickly distinguished himself with strong credit expertise and a disciplined, analytical approach to lending. Aaron’s evolution from credit to lending has brought valuable balance and insight to the department and his customers. His promotion recognizes his momentum, contributions and growing leadership within the commercial lending team.

Dominic Burrescia, vice president and BSA officer

Dominic joined PWSB’s BSA department in 2024 with more than 15 years’ experience in the financial industry. Since then, he has made a substantial impact on the bank’s BSA program through his commitment to staying ahead of regulatory changes and evolving financial crime trends. His leadership, collaborative approach and ability to engage positively with both employees and customers have contributed to safeguarding clients against fraud.
