Do I need to be a customer?

No! We will accept tax payments from both customers and non-customers.

How CAN I pay?

We can accept check or cash but not credit/debit card.

When are you open?

We are open 9am—5pm Monday through Friday at all branches in December. All branches except Mequon are open  9am—Noon on Saturdays in December. We are closed for certain holidays:

• Open until Noon on Christmas Eve
• Closed on Christmas Day
• Open until 3pm New Year’s Eve
• Closed New Year’s Day

Simply bring a copy of your tax property bill so we can ensure you're at the right place and confirm the amount due.

If you're a Mequon resident using the night drop to pay your property taxes on a Saturday, please make sure your envelope includes your name, address and phone number so that we can mail you a receipt and contact you with questions.
