Port Washington, Wis. (March 17, 2026) — Port Washington State Bank is proud to announce that Stella Peduzzi, SVP/Director of Human Resources, has been named a Notable Woman in Banking by BizTimes Media, a prestigious honor recognizing outstanding women who are making a significant impact in Wisconsin’s financial services industry. The annual Notable Women in Banking awards celebrate leaders who demonstrate professional excellence, innovation, and a commitment to their organizations and communities.
“Stella Peduzzi shapes an engaging workplace culture for more than 130 employees, prioritizing continuous learning, well-being, and professional growth,” shared James Schowalter, PWSB President and CEO.
Peduzzi served for more than a decade on the Metro Milwaukee SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Board of Directors, ending her final term in the Presidency role which she held for two years.
As a strong supporter of workplace mental vitality, she has also served as a board member for the Wellness Council of Wisconsin since 2024, supporting initiatives that promote mental health in the workplace. Peduzzi also volunteers as a grief support volunteer with Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and held previous hospice volunteer roles in organizations including Aurora Health Care and VITAS Healthcare.
In addition, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kettle Moraine YMCA and also has spent two years on the Board of Directors with the Ozaukee Youth Apprenticeship program.
