PWSB Earns Top Workplace Again!

Port Washington State Bank has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by Southeastern Wisconsin Top Workplaces. The recognition is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential, third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including whether team members feel Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, among other important themes.

“Being recognized as a Top Workplace in 2026 is an incredible honor and a true testament to the culture we continue to build together,” said Stella Peduzzi, EVP/Chief Human Resources Officer. “This award reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a positive, supportive environment—and, most importantly, the dedication of our employees who bring that culture to life every day. We’re proud to offer a workplace where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to grow.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes automatically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “There’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces does this, and it pays dividends”

Port Washington State Bank employs approximately 130 team members across eight branches in Ozaukee County. The bank embraces a culture that balances hard work with fun, offering team-building activities such as baseball outings, mini golf, and bowling. Employees also give back to the community by hosting bake sales, jeans days, and fundraising efforts for local charities. Many branches celebrate milestones together with birthday potlucks and special honorary lunches—further reinforcing the close-knit, supportive workplace culture that earned this recognition.
