Expanding Treasury Management Services to Support Business Clients

PWSB welcomes Terry Kotsakis as vice president and leader of treasury management, marking the formation of PWSB’s new treasury management department.

Treasury management services help business clients manage cash flow, improve liquidity, and reduce fraud risk through tools such as online banking, Positive Pay, payment and receivables processing, and account reporting. These products are customized for each business client to support day‑to‑day operations and long‑term financial planning.

Kotsakis brings more than 20 years of banking experience in Southeast Wisconsin, with deep expertise in treasury management, commercial banking, and customer service. In his new role, Kotsakis will lead the development of PWSB’s treasury management function. He will work closely with the Commercial Banking, Retail, and Deposit Operations teams to support business clients, expand treasury management offerings and advance the bank’s strategic growth initiatives.

“The formation of a dedicated treasury management department is an important step forward for PWSB, and Terry is the right leader to build it,” said Joan Woldt, executive vice president and chief operating officer. “His experience with these tools and collaborative approach will allow us to deliver sophisticated solutions while maintaining the high-touch service our clients expect.”

Kotsakis will be based primarily out of PWSB’s Mequon branch on Port Washington Road, just north of the Donges Bay intersection.
